Make sure to set the texture tiling to CLAMPED in-engine. 2 different textures packed into the R and G channels.
Generated in substance designer. 4 Different grayscale textures in one bitmap.
You will need to do your own "wick" texture for the mask portion (alpha channel), artstation did not let me upload the targa file.
