UE4 3D + 2D Realtime Animation

Camera and Character Animation imported from Maya. Uses a rendered  then hand drawn smear texture on a plane as a breakdown. Rendered in UE4 Sequencer. Custom Vector Toon Shader.

This project will contain a collection of my experiment and techniques in combining 3D + 2D Techniques to create expressive real-time animations/film in Game Engines.
Inspired by the wonderful work from CyberConnect4 and Arc System Works in pushing NPR Animation (Naruto Ninja Storm).
